Traditional Chinese desserts (including great bubur cha cha) at Mama Dessert Petaling Jaya

Sometimes when you want something simple for breakfast or brunch or tea, you may want to consider Mama's Dessert. Their plus points: food is good and cheap. In Petaling Jaya that is an oxymoron. Their address: 19, Jalan SS21/56B, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan

They even have their own website where you can place online orders for their food (http://mamadessert.com/).

A simple fried siam meehoon / meehoon. I like their sambal. Not hot to the extent that you cannot taste the food.

I chose fried cintan noodles and meehoon with a fried egg and lots of sambal (chilli paste).

Of course their piece de resistance is their bubur cha cha. Why because it has all the ingredients that make up a traditional bubur cha cha including the rare tapioca jelly. It is rich with yam (taro) and sweet coconut milk. If you are adverse to anything sweet, you may try their other desserts but if I am looking for bubur cha cha in Petaling Jaya, I will definitely go for this. Go give it a try.
